Having extensive experience in Building Project Management , Craig can provide a service for his clients should they need their building work supervised, while they are constructing the project as owner builders. This includes organising licenced QBCC tradesperson’s , access to his preferred suppliers including his material discounts, creating a construction program to determine project duration, ensuring subcontractors have relevant insurances in place and organising QBCC/HIA contracts for the proposed work.


When all building documentation is in place, a project can be managed to budget and within the specified time frame based upon the scope of works supplied by your designer/architect.


Although some clients may find that this is an expense which they can save on by chancing the management process themselves, Craig’s building experience enables him to have leverage when tendering for subcontractor work and having that trade perform to budget and time frame, whilst assuring quality control.
